I have developed a program which synchronizes the contacts in a database with Microsoft Exchange server, and while that part of things works fine, some of the records that exist in the Exchange side aren't making it to the BlackBerry Pearl (on T-Mobile, if that matters) that I purchased for testing. I have read that there shouldn't be any unusual characters in the name, that the First Name, Last Name, and Company fields should have data, the Contacts should not be private, and they should not be in a distribution list. I have one contact in particular that I have identified as not getting sent to the BB, and none of those parameters are true for that contact.
So, the question is, what details about a particular contact could cause it to not sync to the BB? I need a list of everything possible, so I can make sure that my program fills in all of the correct information to ensure that the records in Exchange make it to the BB handhelds. In the mean time, I'm happy to try anything that can be modified about the contact through OWA or via code adjustments if necessary.
