Blackberry Exchange Server and seperate domains.

I have a user that wants to utilize a blackberry device on our network. We currently utilize iPhones with ActiveSync and no issues. We have a sister company under the same roof that has a blackberry server however; the BES is on a seperate domain. Is there anyway that I can add his device to their BES server even though he has no profile on our sister company's BES or their AD? Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I'm extremely new to blackberries!! :-)
