We have couple of Treo 700p (Palm software) that are not showing calender items for 2007

hi,

for some reason, they are only showing appointments that were recurring and not the individual appointments set in 2007. 2008 appointments are showing up fine. Any clues?

Change of certificate on the Exchange server? If an old one expired and was replaced by a new one with a different date, are the appointments that are not showing up on devices that haven't received the new certificate?

If they are getting anything at all, which it sounds like they are, it *shouldn't* be a certificate issue. However, they may have something out of whack in their mailbox. From your description, I'd have them check their calendars in Outlook/OWA and check for any unusual or possibly corrupt entries.
