Blackberry or PDA - with Outlook Email/Address Book and Act seperately

I have a client interested in a Blackberry or other Handheld device.  
He currently has two PC in a corporate environment.
1st PC has Outlook connected to Exchange Server
2nd PC has ACT
PC are on different networks.

Here is what we are trying to accomplish:
Send/Receive email on device.
Have Outlook calendar sync on device.  (Via connection or prefer wirelessly)
Have ACT sync on device, seperate from Outlook calendar.  (Via connection or prefer wirelessly)

Does anyone have a suggestion on how this might be done?
