everytime I open my outlook email the message comes that says
c:\documents and settings\owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Add ins\ol security.dll is not a valid office Add-in

You might want to disable this Add-In by going into the "Tools" menu, "Options", "Other" tab, and click on "COM Add-ins".  Highlight the add-in and uncheck the box.

What kind of antivirus/spam software do you use? Your Outlook will be unprotected. So now what?

Can you uninstall this security software? And install another like Avast! http://www.avast.com   This is free for personal use and pay for business use.

See if this error comes back. Are there any errors in the logs? Also check with autoruns from Sysinternals for errors like "file not found" at startup http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/systeminformation/autoruns.mspx
