Windows Mobile not firing Autopostback

I have an application that works fine in IE6 & 7. However I need it to work on Windows Mobile 6.0 also.

The problem is certain controls (asp:textbox, asp:dropdownlist) have autopostback=true which works as expected in IE however nothing happens in Windows Mobile 6.0.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I had found this solution already but it didn't work. I using asp.net with VB, any ideas how I should implement it? When I put it in I got the following error message:

Compiler Error Message: BC30269: 'Protected Overrides Sub FrameworkInitialize()' has multiple definitions with identical signatures.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Simple DropDownList with autopostback=true, with a HTC Qtek 9100, Windows Mobile 5.0, Desktop IE 6 or Windows Mobile 6 Emulator, all runs right. But trying with a HTC p4351, Windows Mobile 6, nothing happens if you changes the selection od DropDownlList. Must put a button... but it´s really inapropriated, hehe... in a form with many DropDownList that must make somthing in the "onChange"...

Maybe a problem with the JavaScript PostBack function with ASPX + Windows Mobile 6?.. a JavaScript error is ognored by Windows Mobile so you don´t know that there is an error.

Ah... I forgot to say, I tryed solutions posted above and nothing changed in HTC p4351.

I have a better solution... to me it´s running as spected. And is better than the button.

In the first DropDownList we have a common .NET autopostback set to TRUE. That´s being ignored by Windows Mobile's IE.

Is the second DropDownList, the Autoposback="true" was changed by a common JavaScript onChange: onChange="document.form1.submit()">. Where the form1 is the name of your ASPX form.

In my pocket with Windows Mobile 6, the second DropDownList does correctly the submit (postback).
