Windows Mobile Program Templates

ok i was basically wondering if there is like template programs i can use to create my windows mobile program. I dont have any coding experience but i have a copy of Visual Studio 2008 from my work. I want to develop a program using the TAPI functions (phone functions, callback, using the CID to filter a call before notification etc...) is there a template i can use that has all the TAPI functions coded and i can create a new form that has the graphics etc i want and then just program in those TAPI commands? (is the TAPI commands used for phone stuff?)

I think, everything you can find in the SDK - there are a lot of samples: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms879577.aspx

You can find about the TAPI also.
I attached the smallest app for Windows Mobile - it is C++, I don't know what you need.
To make it in Visual Studio choose new project->Smart Device and so one.

"TAPI commands" is a very generic question. The answer - you can do everything. :)

i guess a follow up question is im not really a coder.. but i really just need a basic app. is ther a site that has (possibly in c# it seems easier than c++) that just has TAPI Functions listed...

i need one for

Call out (and use a specific #)

hangup

wait for Certain CID incming call, then pikcup

pickup handset and point to dialer or some other app.. etc....
