Porting an app from WM to BlackBerry, iphone

ok i was just curious how difficult it is to port an app from WM to Blackberry. THe app only uses one API: TAPI (besides some background just windows mobile basic stuff like refrences)... how hard would that be to port to Blackberry. Its a very simple app.. but i know i need RIM licesnsing for $20 to use the Blackberry Phone API


also what about for iphone? is it easier, or is therei TAPI blocked?
