There is two version of the WM 6 SDK available, Standard and Professional. It sounds like you need to download and install the Standard version which you can get from the following page :-<br />

This error occurs when I open the project solution. &nbsp;The &nbsp;OS on the device is WinCE 5.0 and I have already downloaded the Win CE 5.0 SDK (standard) and installed it on my system with no change to the error. &nbsp;<br />

I have also installed the &quot;Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK.msi&quot; which is the WM 5 SDk Professional and no change.
