Major Upgrade - prevent older version from upgrading newer version?

Hi there..

I have a sample Install Shield project that I have been working with.

I have it so that a major upgrades are being done as the project version number increases:

- each version has it's own product code
- each version shares a common upgrade code
- version numbers are increased between version 1.00.000 - 2.00.00 - etc.

Upgrade Information:

- products sharing my uprgade code
- within a specific range of versions blank to 1 version less than the current version
- Maximun Version is version less than the current version
- Include Maximum version is Yes

But if I try to upgrade a new version with an older version I'll have 2 same named applications installed (in Add/Remove programs) and combination of installed files in the target directory....

How do I prevent an older version from running if a newer version is already installed?

Thanks
