How do you set 'Application Compatibility' with Installshield?

Tags: Installshield, Installshield, 2008, Visual Basic 6, IE 7, http://www.maintsmart.com, the .exe has stopped

I have a VB6 applcation and use Installshield 2008 to distribute this aplication. On Vista machines the install proceeds fine but when installed program is started users get the message 'the .exe has stopped..." and the program fails completely. Setting the main .exe file for the application compatibility: Windows 2000 and "Run as Administartor" causes the application to work fine on Vista machines.
