Install Regional and Language Options

I have developed an application with unicode support for all forms and controls.
This requires files for complex scripts and right-to-left languages to be installed on the user pc.
If not installed, the unicode characters displayed as square boxes.

My requirement is to include these relevant files in my set up program and install these files before my actual application is installed.

I don't know of the required files for this purpose.

Request your kind help to identify those files and the procedure to be adopted to install.
