How to convert VB 6.0 Setup.exe to MSI Package

Hi All

     I would like to convert setup.exe (compile from VB6.0 our finance system ) to MSI Package,
I don't have any source code, but I have complete setup file, Any one know how to make Setup.exe to Setup.msi
