MSI Package keeps reinstalling itself

I have a MSI Package that keeps reinstalling itself. Originally upon logging in to WINDOWS XP, the MSI package would reinstall several times. I fixed that issue by installing the MSI package as an administrator. However, when I open Office XP Outlook it trys to reinstall again (it is an add-in for Outlook). How do I stop the constant reinstalling of this MSI Package when I open OUTLOOK 2002?Start Free Trial
