I un-installed it completely from my desktop and removed the msi file associated with it and re-installed it and the results were the same. This started happening all of a sudden with a working installation of the software and I haven't been able to get it working again since. I cannot recall a software installation which may have conflicted with this and I did try to 'recover' my machine to a date when it was working, but it didn't help. There very well may be a software conflict but it would have to be one I had already installed and it conflicted due to an update of some sort which would be impossible for me to track at this point. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This isn't critical but it is a bit of a pain.
Thanks!
