Hi, Whenever I download any microsoft software or other software from other vendors ,with the .msi file extension I get the following error message"The installation package could not be opened verify the package exists and you can open it ,or contact the application vendor to verify this is a valid windows installation package" I know thw software is genuine but keep having this message,my computer is a packard bell 1807 gold mc ,and so far I have tried reinstalling windows installer ,but to no avail. Please Help Cheers
