How do I update my bios ?

Tags: MSI, MSI MS-6154VA, W6154VMS V2.2 072400, bios update
i have a MSI Motherboard  model MSI MS-6154VA
and yesterday i buy 160GB HD .
i plug it and the HD dont work the comuter dont see hem.
 waht can i do ?
