12.4 is the lateset release and is fully supported on the 4006, what version are looking to install?

What Supervisor engine are you using?

i.e. Supervisor Engine V Latest is 12.2.53-SG(ED)

If it has a SUP III it is Version 12.1(8a)EW or higher

Hello.  Its a WS-X4013 Supervisor II. Currently its running CAT OS and I'd like to install Cisco IOS.  I'd like to install the latest and most advanced IOS possible.

Does anyone know if the conversion is straightforward?  And if version 12.4 is the best IOS to use.  Just as an FYI below is part of my sh version output from the switch:

Cisco's website says SUP II is CatOS only.

I did all of the research to let the question asker know that with his current hardware he cannot run the IOS.  Then I also suggested he replace it with a SUP III or IV if he still wanted to run the IOS. His final solution is to replace the Supervisor. Which was my suggestion in 25101533.
