Daemon tools helps you with a virtual drive and you mount the image
once the image is mounted you explore it and the full setup should be in there often times you simply copy out the entire image from the virtual drive and paste into a folder on your desktop then burn to dvd as a data disc since it should have the install.ini install.dat etc maybe a .exe in there they usually have the read me

if i remember correctly i think *.img is a nero image file. you can download a trial of nero and burn it that way. or you can download a tool such as daemon tools to mount the image on a virtual cd drive.
