Entry Point Not Found HeapSetInformation
I have a click once installation that installs my program as well as .net 2 and sql compact edition. I have successfully installed on windows 2000 before, but I have one client that is getting The procedure entry point HeapSetInforamtion could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
I found the computer running service pack 2 for win 2000, but I have updated it to service pack 4 and even installed .net 2. It threw some errors of its own wanting MS Installer 3 installed. I have 3.1 installed now and did all of the express updates on the computer. I think it is as current as a Win2k computer with only 256 of ram can be.
They error is still coming up however. Can anybody give me another direction to try, other than replacing the boat anchor of a computer?
The error comes up immediately before any additional downloads could have ran.
