How do I incorporate an auto expire date as well as the product key into a MS Office  software

Dear Folks,
We ae planning to extend our MS Office 2007 licence for our workers to be able to install this at home. But since the agreement covers them for as long as they work for our company, I would like a mechanism to ensure that the application does not carry on working 'forever'. I thought a good way to do this would be to incorporate an auto expire date into the CD I will be giving them to install at home, that way if they are still with us after that day, they will have to come for another CD once that expires etc.
Does anyone know how to handle this situation better? We cannot give out product key, and do not want to ask them to bring their PCs to us to install for them ( as this would mean they have the software for the life of the PC).
