Launching installed application during "Finished" custom dialog

Hi experts,

I am trying to launch my installed application from a check box option in the custom dialog "Finished".  The command that works in the Windows run command is:   "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sagekey Software\StartAccess_2003.exe" -CMD="SOFTWARE\Name\Application".  Which is the code associated with the Desktop logo for the application.  I have been trying to place this instruction into the Wise install scripts so that the user can choose to launch the application when the installation completes.  I have tried lots of variables in the various boxes and command line in the "Execute" program but so far without any success.  

Could anybody provide some guidance on how I achieve this?
