how to find the control name inside gridview

I included master page in my page . if i want to get the textbox(FrDate) control id in javascript means i can get like this

'<%=FrDate.ClientID%>

my problem is this FrDate is inside griview Template field column
how to get ths id of that control onclick

You can do it in the GridView RowDataBound event.
I'm assuming here that you add the runat="Server" attribute and and id="link" to the <a> tag, and that the textbox is contained inside the Master Page directly (not inside any ContentPlaceHolder):

                        <asp:TextBox ID="FrDate"  runat="server" Style="position: relative" Text = '<%#Eval("frmdate") %>' ></asp:TextBox><a href="javascript:void(null)" runat="server" id="link">
