VB .Net program not working after operating system upgrade

Asked by ISC in .NET Framework 2.0, Microsoft Visual Basic.Net

Tags: Cannot print exception string because Exception.ToString() failed.

Hi,
I wrote a prgram in VB .Net (for 2.0 .Net framework). The program was working fine on a Windows 2000 server, the server was upgraded to Windows 2003.

When the program now runs after the upgrade a error message "Cannot print exception string because Exception.ToString() failed." is displayed.

Also the server administrator went to run command "C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\caspol.exe -q -m -chggroup LocalIntranet_Zone FullTrust" on the server and also got the same error message.

What is the possible causes of this issue and how can I resolve it...?
