First, my QuickBooks that worked for some time would not launch in my xp computer. I unstalled and tried to re-install when the error message appeard:"Microsoft.net assembly registration utility has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Following a previously posted slution, I removed Frameworks 2.0 and tried to reinstall Frameworks, which was unsuccessful ( I did not record the error message, but it said something about fusion).
After all these, when I restart computer, I get a message: Photogallery - the installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2908. This error message keeps popping up and seems unclosable. Another small window in the back showing PhotoGallery being installed.
