Enable or Disable Button According Column Of Datagriview data

As the tittle says i need to enable or disble a button deppending on the data of a specific column of myDatagridview.
if the Column is empty the button will be disabled otherwise enable..
i was trying the following but it is working a part.....

'on form load ' 
For each row as DatagridViewRow in Me.Mydatagridview.Rows
     if isDbnull(row.Cells("ColumnName").value) or row.Cells("ColumnName").value IS Nothing then 
            Me.Button.Enabled=False
     Else
            Me.Button.Enabled=True
     ENd if 
Next 

'Now I know i have to use also another event that maybe Cell Value Change or what?'

I'd use the CellEnter event to apply what you've written above.

Another way of checking the cell contents is to use:
If row.Cells("ColumnName").value.tostring.length > 0 Then

I Think you wish enable / disable button based on current Row of DataGridView
Then use RowEnter Event.

    Private Sub Dgv_RowEnter(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellEventArgs) Handles Dgv.RowEnter
     Dim Row = Dgv.Rows(e.RowIndex)

not exactly x77 ...when the table adpter is filling the datagridview there might be data also in the column ....
