Ahhh, very good! I can work with that idea.
Since it was relatively easy and not exactly what I was looking for, I'll bump it up but not WAY UP. 125 points awared to jnhorst.

Browse All TopicsIs it possible to alter the orientation of the Header Text in a DataGrid? What I'm referring to is a feature that Microsoft Excel offer. When text is entered into a cell, the user can format that cell, selecting the alignment, and rotate the text 90, 45, -90 degrees, etc.... The reason I'd like to do this is to make the text vertical to shrink the width of the column.
Instead of:
COLUMN 1
It would be:
C
O
L
U
M
N
1
The question is: Is it possible? If so and you can provide some example, I'll increate the points. My hunch is that it's not possible or more trouble then it's worth.
