Use runtime table in ASP

I have a Web ASP form, which users use to enter orders into.  There is a Next, Previous, Delete and Save button.  Is it possible to save all the orders on the form, until the Save is clicked?  I'm thinking like a table on the asp form that keeps all the information until the order is complete, then copy that to our SQL server table?!?  There is data that needs to be verified to meet certain criteria's, so entering them straight into the grid/table, probably would not be an option.  I'm trying to elminate some calls to the server, for possible better performance; or would it be worse with a table built at runtime?  I'm using VS 2005, ASP (Visual Basic).

You can create a class with all order properties and save the whole class into the Session object or each item separately. When user clicks Order/Save you can retrieve the class or item by item from Session and verify it.
