Browse All TopicsI have an ASP.NET site that is using the Login controls provided with ASP.NET 2.0.
I set everything up and added myself as an administrator using the ASP.NET configuration website. The provider DB is the default ASP.NET Database, and I do not specify anything in the web.config. I can log in and perform the basic functions fine.
I have created a page so other users can log in. I used a custom for to do so. I execute this code when the user fills out the form and clicks submit:
// Create new user and retrieve create status result.
MembershipCreateStatus status;
Membership.CreateUser(txtE
Roles.AddUserToRole(txtEma
The code works and does not throw any errors. However, I do not see any of my users in the ASP.NET configuration site. They do not seem to be getting added. Any ideas why?
