Question
Cross browser, pure CSS dropdown menu that works well with ASP.NET 2.0?
I've had countless problems with menus re: supporting IE6, having to inject javascript, and then when using Themes in .NET more little gotchas creep in. What's worse, I've seen some menus work differently in the EXACT same versions of IE 6...so not only are there versioning problems, but settings problems inside each browser affects things...
Can someone recommend a pure CSS dropdown menu, that is extensible and easily modifyable for various projects, that plays well with .NET, and works in all browsers? I'm hoping to leverage the experience and "gotchas" of more experienced client side guys in hopes of avoiding more problems like this in the future.
