Unable to open .aspx files in IIS6.

Server 2003, with sp1
IIS6
.NET Framework 2.0

Using the default website in IIS, setting the Document to be: test.aspx
The ASP.NET tab is set to Version 2.0.50727

When running a browser on the same machine, connecting to http:\\localhost

Getting this error: HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

If I change the Document back to an .htm document, the website works.

Here is the test.aspx document (which does work on other machines):
