Hi,
I'm in the process of trying to gather information on creating a screen that will display a map of north america. On the map, I need to indicate multiple destinations with a reference number (basically, these are unqiue numbers that reference a product and I want to indicate where it is at). Once I have that developed, then those indicators should be clickable to display pop up windows with detailed text information.
So, the hard part is determining how to display a map, and how to exactly indicate the "hot spots". I will have city, state, and zip code information.... the hot spot, could be a "pin" and then about the pin display the reference number?
I am working right now off of a Access 2007 database, I was thinking of writing a front end in asp.net c#.
Any thoughts?
