Filter Gridview via Source Access DB

The help I need is to be able to filter my grid. I would like the view all data as default and then be able to either deselect the fields, i dont want view. I.e. as default, field 1, field 2 and field 3.

I may only want to view field 1 and field 2. Is there a way of doing this?

Also the next problem after this is to filter the list by product name for example.

Im usinf C# in asp.net. The database I am using is MS Access.
