how to use mailto: in asp.net

Hi

I am using asp.net 2.0.

I want to let user to fill in an email address, subject, and content into textboxes. then click a Send button to send the email by using mailto way.

Each time the email address could be different.

How can I do this?

You want the asp.net application to send mail or just want it to open an ms outlook window to send mails?

Thanks, i just added "mailto: does not send emails, it just refer to an email address , you need code to handle this " to clarify the point.
