Question

asp.net salt encryption problem

Posted about this earlier and thought I had it fixed, but guess not.  I am using salt as a class and trying to encrypt the credit card so that when it writes to the database, it is encrypted.  

When I submit the order it goes through, but in the database it is not encrypted, I must be missing something here.  Code is below.  Anyone know what I am doing wrong here?

Did you figure this out or just close te question?  I had marked it last night to take a closer look since there wasn't anything that jumped out as obviously wrong, and I am curious what the problem turned out to be.
