Once the site loads up, note that the sites purpose is for you to move the sliders and once you move the sliders, the floating totals box at the bottom updates taking the sum of the Costs, Perceived Values, and ROI's.
A few things are wrong with it:
1. In IE, the floating totals table shows up but in Firefox it doesn't even show up whenever you move the sliders. How do I fix this issue?
2. You have to essentially scroll up and down in IE to pretty much begin rendering the totals box. Can I have the totals box automatically show up in the bottom right whenever I move between tabs or when it loads up?
3. If you notice, the default selected tab is the "Institutional" tab. How can I somehow default the starting tab to "Overall"?
Please help with this. Its super annoying. I've been battling with this for a day now. :(

Where is my style sheet exactly? How can I find it so that I can edit it? I attempted adding css to my container manually but I don't want to re-create what's already out there. I like the xp style sheet. I just want to modify that. Please advise!

1) To me, it's not showing in IE either (using IE 8 in both native and compatibility mode). It's very likely that the reason is that the html tags are not properly closed. I've noticed that you have lots of tables and div, check it to make sure that everything is properly nested and closed.
3) To default to "Overall", set the ActiveTabIndex of the TabContainer to 0:
