Java script - Yes - No

Hi,

I want to put a piece of Java script on my asp.net page that sits behind a button and calls the following logic.

Shows a message

"Are you sure you wish to proceed"

With the options Yes or No

If the user clicks Yes the code behind functions associated with the button is called, if the user clicks No nothing happens.

I can't find any decent examples?

"confirm" javascript function is what you are looking for..

As a quick example you could do something like the following:
Place your asp button in the hidden div panel. Use standard html buttons for showing and hiding the hidden div panel.

Specify the OnClientClick attribute of the button with client confirm method
