Make an asp.net table cell bold

Nice easy one for someone!!  

I need to make an asp.net table cell bold but I cannot find the exact syntax, please can you help.

I am using vb.net

Cell11.Controls.Add(New LiteralControl("Reference"))
Cell11.Width = 10
