When I run this piece of code, I am getting an exception,

I remember having some issues with some parameter names acting like they were reserved words... "pid" may have been one of them - try changing your parameter names to something else, and make sure you use the same parameter names, don't add a paramter called ":LAP_CONTRACT_ID" when the parameter in the query is ":cid"


and you can also do the parameter adding and value assignment in one line to tidy it up.
