Seems like you can't access a website with TWS if you have built it as a solution (.sln).
This worked for me (at least once):
-close Visual Studio
-close TinyWebServer
-open VS and open your project with Open Website
-build website
-now run and configure TinyWebServer
-in TWS, right click on your site an launch
strange indeed ...
Also I had to set permissions for /image directory, or images won't be displayed.
Environment: Windows 2000 & VS2005
