ASP.NET 3.5 + LINQ + Stored Procedure - reading return value

i have an stored procedure, that either returns a 1 or a 0, i am using LINQ - how do i read the return value and assign to a variable.

below is what i am currently using to insert the data, but want to read the return value.

Did you drag and drop the stored procedure from the Server Explorer to the .dbml designer to create the stored procedure method?

yes i can access the stored procedure, just not sure how to get the return value

When you drag and drop a stored procedure, the code generator generates the new method in the .designer file for the DBML.  You can call that method from the DataContext.
