ASP.net Gridveiw - Date calculation in Template Field

Please help...I am not a javascript wiz and could use a push in the correct direction.

I have a gridview with three columns.
1st column - ID field
2nd column - Date the Id was inserted
3rd column ---THIS IS WHERE THE CALCULATION SHOULD GO.  I need it to calculate the amount of time that has passed since the date in the 2nd column

I have't tested the code, just written in notepad, so check for sentence, correct data type and spellings
