Cant connect to the database

I am trying to connect to a database but It wont.

I think I have done everything right but still it wont connect. So could any one take alook at my code and maybe try to connect them self to the server and see if it works?

This is what I have done:

I have added to webconfig both a connectionstring and a proxy (dont know if I need that one)

I have alos added some code. Watch belowe.

I get this error on myConnection.open()
