Loading data into a dataset

Zones: ADO.Net Class Library, .NET, Programming for ASP.NET

Hi experts,
This bit of code isn't loading anything into the data set, But it is compiled ok and no errors during execution, but the row count is zero. Can you tell me if you see anything wrong here?

I am trying to print out the data into a text file, the file is opened but nothing there. Thanks
