quite simple if you using VS2005 or higher.
just add a reference and browse to that dll file.
you will get it referenced and you can use it like managed code

To get it refenced ,
right click on project and click "add reference"
then swith to "Browse" Tab at the file browser, and pick up the dll file that you want to use
