how to reload the data in a databound datagridview from the database (LINQ)

I have a Datagridview that is bound to a LINQ to SQL datasource via a BindingSource control.  i want to have a refresh button that allows the dgv to be reloaded or refreshed from the SQL database. (because sometimes data is modifies outside of my application).  What is the best and most efficient way to accomplish this?
