ASP.net frames

OK, i've got a new user page, and basically i need to update the page i'm on AND a different frame. Now response.redirect works for the current frame but not for the navigation bar as you can't use "target=nav.aspx" like you can on a link.

Does anyone know of a way to do this or a way to reload the entire frameset without it opening in the current frame?

How to refresh a different frame would do at a pinch too :D

You have to use javascript to refresh the other frame.  You can't from the server make changes to something in a different frame.
