Yes to both these questions. For example, my client uses the accounting software called Timberline which is based on Pervasive. I update, delete and insert records all the time using vb6 and vb.net. So asp.net should not be a problem. Will just need to get the ODBC driver from the manufacturer (which should be free). Once installed, you can do all of these things. Could probably even use DTS in SQL to export from SQL to Pervasive. However, you will probably want to write an ASP or VB program to allow for more precise updating of pervasive.
