ASP.Net Web Application Setup

After installing the .Net FrameWork and IDE while trying to open
the Asp Web Project Solution file from a different System on the
Network, Run mode returns the following error message

Error while trying to run project; unable to start debugging on the
web server.  You do not have permissions to debug the server.
Verify that you are the member of the 'Debugger Users' group on
the server.  Would you like to disable future attempts to debug
ASP.NET pages for this project?

What cd b the problem ?

You must ask your administrator to give you debugging rights. When you run a .NET Project in Debug mode it runs from The MAchine Debugging(Machine Debug Manager) Service( If thats diwn you cant run the project)
