how do i restrict access to one page using web.config

Hello all,
How can i make the web.config file restrict access to just one page not all my pages. I have 10 webpages and only one of them needs a login page. I have a start page and a link to TimeRecAdds.aspx which requires the login. The problem i am haveing is that the login is popping up before the the startup page. I tried using the <location path="TimeRecAdds.aspx">
but i get this error: "Error while trying to run project: Unable to start web debugger on the web server. The project is not configured to be debugged"
